Most businesses sell the case and pad the inside with generic foam. We work the other way around. We start with a design brief — your equipment, your workflow, your deployment environment — and engineer the insert from there. The case comes after.
Our CNC router cuts foam inserts to precise dimensions. We design the layout in CAD, select the right foam grade and density, cut it to within tight tolerances, and deliver a fitout that cradles every item in exactly the right position. We also handle prototyping and reverse engineering where a client needs an existing component reproduced or adapted.
We've built fitouts for survey and geospatial instruments, drone and UAV payloads, medical response kits, cinema and photography equipment, defence loadouts, and general industrial field kits. If it goes in a case, we can build the insert.

For clients outside Perth: we ship completed fitouts and cases Australia-wide. For large or complex fitouts, we can arrange for equipment to be sent to us for fitting and trial, then returned with the finished insert.
